This is a very good hotel with a simply excellent restaurant! It is important to say that thanks to the fact that we took a separate room from the main building, we absorbed less of the noise from the restaurant, but it seems that the noise from the main building is noticeable. Despite this, the hotel is beautifully designed, fully equipped, with an amazing pool and a spectacular view. The breakfast is nice, not much selection but appropriate for Italy. Along with everything I wrote, I highly recommend the hotel and even more so the restaurant whose chef seems to simply work magic with the food. The best meals in Italy were there. Thanks to the team for a very pleasant stay.
This is the best place you can have in the area. You will find really kind and helpful hosts and staff, the rooms are large and quality built with a style of a farmhouse, the restaurant provides exceptional food with great wines for a great price plus a best view of the Tuscany hills. We had a wine tasting at the nearby castle organised by the hosts, we also had the cooking class which was superb as well, so you must try these experiences if you stay there. Besides all the great food you will have a large swimming pool with also a view of the hills, so you can relax there as well. I can fully recommend this place.
For anyone in the area.. come and feast here! It’s truly delicious 😋 not every Italian restaurant is made equal. This place has all the heart and soul you could hope for. Every dish is authentic, unpretentious and outrageously good. Highly recommend, such good value, run by the loveliest people. I wish I could go every week :) grazie a tutto il team e soprattutto allo chef 😊 siamo tornati 2 volte in una settimana e speriamo di tornare! 🤗
This place has so much potential to be an amazing hotel - great food, beautiful views of the Tuscan landscape, modern bathrooms, relaxing pool area but the loud party music ruined our experience as did their open invitation pool policy.
The music was so loud it was impossible to sleep (I’ve attached a video) and it would go on until 12:30 am when we were promised by the manager it would end at 11:30 p.m.
Parties happened both nights we were there and made parking at the hotel impossible. Either be a hotel or be a party venue but you cannot be both and ruin your hotel guests sleep.
Also at breakfast they had laid out tables for eight guests but at the pool there were twenty to thirty extra people there. Their open policy for allowing friends to be at the hotel, made it impossible for hotel guests to find an available chair by the pool. One of the hotel guests was sun bathing on the floor.
Quiet location surrounded by nature with an enchanting view. The pool is perfect for a romantic escape. Room for improvements concearing the cleaning and the attention for the customer
The owner was super friendly, food amazing, and a great view.
Our dinner was a disaster. An over salted dish, replaced with a different one because the original dish was sold out, but charged for the more expensive one. Asked if we wanted more potatoes since we liked them, but never got any, even though it found it’s way onto the bill. Ordered dessert, to be told after waiting half an hour they didn’t have it.
The location, view and rooms were nice but I would not return based on the experience I had.
